I truly consider the 1300+ feeds I follow on Instagram a highly curated pack of people that inspire me on the daily basis. And I openly confess that I might spend way too much time on browsing my feed, but even if it seems to be a form of leisure, it’s 90% work-connected! And well, I love beautiful things that please my eyes and intriguing people that stimulate my mind, both IRL and digital. So, I decided to start sharing with you from time to time my favorite accounts I follow and which you might also fancy following. Here are this month’s seven picks:

Believe it or not, but Dolce & Gabbana wasn’t always va-va-voom dolce vita, big logo and postcard prints. It seems that Stefano Gabbana, who some time ago started an Instagram page dedicated to his and Domenico’s beginnings in fashion, wanted to remind the world about it. Maybe he’s longing for the old Dolce & Gabbana, one that isn’t that glossy, over-the-top and celebrity-obsessed? Maybe this sudden moment of nostalgia is a hint at changes coming to the brand? It’s difficult to imagine contemporary Dolce & Gabbana going totally into the direction it cultivated back in the late 1980s and early 1990s: minimalism interweaved with rusticality; modest goddesses in ethereal chiffons; hard-working men in rough wool knits. One can fantasize…

Feeling hungry? If yes, Luke Edward Hall’s foodie-finsta - @infoodispleasure - isn’t a safe space! I just love how this artist/designer/columnist depicts his favorite food moments, whether it’s the menu at La Colombe D’Or or a spontaneous picnic where a trashcan serves as a table. I’m always inspired with the way Luke clashes colors in his illustrations and interiors, so he does in case of food.

Also, aren’t we all exhausted with all that food art thing? I want honest, earnest, good food on my plate. Luke does too!
